Translation from video source:  Royal Thai Army officer, Sommai Busaba ordered an assault on a 16-year-old lady and her brother.  The army also took their camera and the cell phone used to record the physical abuse.  Then, as shown on this video, they sexually harassed the sister, stating, “Under the Martial law, I can (xucking) do anything!”
